I spent a large amount of time trying to figure out the perfect way to start this blog. I wanted to think of something clever for the first entry because of course, it was supposed to be an introduction of who I am and what I am all about. So what then should I say? What will draw the audience in, and make you want to peek into my life.
I suppose that I should start by offering you some type of greeting. Hi there! Thank you for visiting my blog. My name is Tamara Elise Daniels and at 24 years of age, I am the youngest of three girls. I was born and raised on the North side of Ann Arbor, Mich. I grew up about 4 minutes from the University of Michigan. As a true Ann Arbor native, not an import or a commuter student, I consider myself to be a true Michigan Wolverines Football fan. What this means is, for someone like me, there is absolutely no better time of year then Fall. Fall brings all types of excitement to my spirit, the smell of the fall air, the changing color of the leaves, the trepidation and apprehension of starting a new school year, and of course football!

As I previously mentioned, I am the youngest of three girls. This is significant because, both of my parents as well as my two older sisters (we are separated by at least ten years) made the decision to attend The University of Michigan. I on the other hand, decided to stray outside of the box and started my college career at Central Michigan University. It was not until my mother fell ill that I decided to move back closer to home, and attend Eastern Michigan University. After transferring to EMU, I decided to continue on my path as a public relations major.
Currently I work at a gym in Ann Arbor. I have worked there for the past three years, and I absolutely love what I do, mainly because I get to network and meet some great people. This might explain why I can usually be found there 14 out of 24 hours of the day! When I am not at work, which is rare, I am usually completing homework, hanging out with my family, or attempting to let go of my day and relax with my two adorable chihuahuas.
I hope that you enjoyed reading my first blog entry. Hopefully, you were able to get a better sense of who I am and what I am all about. There certainly will be more to come, so I hope that you are not only willing but want to read more! Like Tigger says....TTFN!
